Bot will notify you every an hour from the start time (around 2022-01-18 03:30, 04:30, ..., 10:30).
3. Distribution Period
2022-01-18 11:00 - 2022-01-18 11:59（UTC）
Bot won't notify anything in this period.
3. Launch Period
2022-01-18 12:00（UTC）
Bot will notify you every 10 mins from 1 hours before start time (around 2022-01-18 11:00, 11:10, 11:20, ... ,11:50, 12:00).
